Work description :
As a team manager, you will be in charges to manage a 5-10 persons team in order to perform several types of packaging machineries installations.
You will work directly under the supervision of the Intec’s project managers.
You will be the "on site" Intec representative and will represent the company for daily meeting. You will be in charge of the communication between the customer and the project managers. (This position requires 100% traveling).
Profile :
To apply you need 2 years minimum of experience in the packaging industry installation, or 5 years of experience in other types of machinery installation.
Technical college background required.
You must be motivated, customer oriented and ready to travel.
You must be fluent in English, and knowledge in Spanish and/or French is a plus.
Work description :
You will be responsible of our customers’ projects, starting from the engineering pre-work, to the end of the project. You will have to manage the supervisor(s) with his onsite team, schedule the installation with daily reports, make sure that onsite technicians have all the necessary arrangements (travel, delivery delay, rental equipment...).
You will have to report the project status to the customer and the Intec engineering director. An important part of your position will be to anticipate delay or technical issues during the project, and update the customer about the solutions found.
Some travel is required (30%-60%).
Profile :
To apply you need 2 years minimum of experience of project management in the packaging industry, or 6 years of experience in another type of automated industrial project management.
You must be graduated from a Technical college or university.
You must be able to work with a Team and individually.
You must be motivated, customer oriented, with a technical background and communication skills is a priority.
Must be fluent in English, and knowledge in Spanish or French is a plus.
