TOTE Loading System

Overview

Totes are loaded with an 18'' wide by 17' long inclined conveyor that receives the product from the injection or blow molding machine and transports the product above the Totes.

There, the product is received by an 18" wide by 6' long Horizontal Bidirectional Conveyor that deposits the material in each of the Totes, located on each side of the horizontal conveyors, just as depicted in the following images and technical drawing :

The Loading system is configured on the Control Panel in order to regulate the conveyor speed and to control the amount of product placed into each Tote.
