Overview

The Loading System automatically fills Totes with an exact bottle count. The Unloading System, which can be adjusted according to the demands of the filling line, automatically dumps Totes into a Hopper and feeds plastic product into the unscrambler or orienter.

The Totes have become elementary for the Bulk Storage System. Totes are designed to fit a Standard Trailer Carrier, Loading Station and/or Unloading Station. Several Tote sizes are available to customize the System to your particular needs.

The Tote Storage System is made of three main components :
