CAP AUTOMATED GUIDED VEHICLES (AGV)
Our Automated Guided Vehicles work in combination with your closure or preform injection machines to transport and store these products with minimum foot traffic inside the production facility.
The AGV helps automate the manufacturing process from the storage of raw materials all the way to the finished product warehouse by making fixed or conditioned cyclical routes while interacting with other AGVs and people around it.
PREFORM STORAGE SILO
Our Silo is an original and patented design that allows the integration of your injection machine with one or several blow-molding and filling lines.
Each storage module has a capacity equal to 8 full size gaylords (or 240 ft3) and allows several modules to be in place.
AIR CONVEYOR
UNIVERSAL SIDE GUIDE
The CAM System covers 95% of the plastic bottles in the market, and it can be customized to fit your particular range of bottle sizes.
After the blow molder machine, the side guide CAM system helps convey the bottles by using only one linear electrical actuator, which reduces the usage of air needed to run pneumatic pistons.
