 CAPS COOLING SYSTEM

THE SYSTEM

The Closure Cooling System offers reduced cycle time and increased productivity for plastic closure production lines. Our solution is a simple and cost efficient option that receives closures from the compressor at a temperature of 90-95º C, and after 12-15 minutes, it lowers their temperature to 3 or 4º C higher than the ambient temperature.

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Cooling Chamber and Reception Hopper fabricated in 16 Gage Stainless Steel.
  • High Volume Fan.
  • Replaceable / Washable Air Filter.
  • One Eco Quality Series, Horizontal Conveyor to unload cooler.

COMPONENTS

  1. Cooling Chamber: Its reception hopper receives the closures directly from the compressor’s unloading conveyor. It includes inner pressure relieve deflectors to avoid closure deformation and damage.
  2. High Volume Fan: To suction and remove the heat given off from the closures and allow ambient temperature air to cool the closures.
  3. Discharge Conveyor: Removes the closures slowly from the cooling box and fees them to storage containers or the production line.
