The double dumper is a new and improved dumping system for preforms. This system is fully automated allowing you to load 2 totes per cycle in a hopper that is engineered to eliminate potential contamination and receive preform preventing any damage.

The Tote and Gaylord Dumpers are used to empty the containers into the feeding hopper in a quick and simple manner. They are designed to be operated manually, or automatically, controlled by product level sensors in the storage hopper.
As an accessory we offer a wire mesh guarding with a sensor that activates when closed in order to offer a safer operation.
